Getting Paid:  Payday is either your happiest day of the week (justification), or the worst day.

What I mean by this; is that the majority of working Americans feel that they are underpaid. Some with good reason, others just because it is in our blood to feel underpaid.

What are you worth?

This question is not easily answered, but if you have just gone through the Career section you may have a good idea what your resume says about you.  My personal philosophy is that you are worth what you are willing to work for. For starters in most states you are an at will employee.  This means that you are choosing to work for a specific wage or salary. For most young professionals we feel the burn to jump straight out of college or after a year or two right into an executive or managerial role making six figures.

Unfortunately for the majority of us this just does not happen.
